Avoid FATS and get more FIBER to prevent Gallstones

When we talk about the stone, we can be familiar with the one happens in the kidney, the renal pelvis or in the urinary bladder. You might have not heard about the Gallstone which its symptoms and causes are different.  However, the Gallstones are in contrast with the other stones which most of the causes are calcium, uric or other substances, instead it is mainly caused by eating behavior.

 

Gallstones happens when there is excess fats and cholesterol in your body. It usually happens with those who have high fats in the veins or are overweight and mostly in old women. The way of protection is to avoid consuming food with high saturated fat and cholesterol.

 

Let’s change the way you eat

When need protein, change to consume meat with low cholesterol, for instance, chicken meat without skin, or chicken breast, fish like snakehead fish and Saba including milk and egg white. Additionally, you better have food that contains saturated fat, such as, hard-shell bean and use oil with unsaturated fat while you cook. At the same time you should intake more vegetables, fruits and grains, such as, brown rice, oat and drink more milk, yoghurt and do not forget to drink a lot of water as well.

 

What you should consume less…

Avoid those food with high fat, oily and cholesterol, for example, deep frying food, butter, salad cream, fatty meat, bacon and offal. At the same time you should have certain types of seafood less, such as, squid, crab and oyster as well as quail egg, egg yolk and fish egg which have high cholesterol as well. Of course, dessert that contains sugar and coconut milk can also put you at risk such as Thai desserts; banana in coconut milk, ice cream, donut. More importantly, drinking alcoholic beverages also causes your body to have high triglyceride which is the main cause of Gallstone.

 

As mentioned, Gallstone is largely caused by what you eat. You can prevent yourself from having Gallstone by having less fat, high cholesterol food, dessert, instant food also maintain your weight to be in safe zone away from a disease with a regular exercising.
